• Withdrawal: Can request withdrawal of remaining balance during cool-off (payable in 3-5 days)
• Reactivation: Automatic at cool-off end date (no manual action needed)

Self-Exclusion (Permanent)

If you feel like you need a longer break from gaming, our self-exclusion feature allows you to permanently exclude yourself from playing. This will close your account and prevent you from logging in or accessing any of our services.

• Duration: Permanent (minimum 5 years in Curaçao regulations)
• Effect: Account permanently closed - cannot reopen
• Withdrawal: Can request balance withdrawal before closure confirmation
• Enforcement: Added to national self-exclusion register (shared across affiliated operators)

Loss Limits

We understand that controlling your losses is an important part of responsible gaming. While we do not offer direct loss limits, our deposit limits serve as a proxy for loss control.

Reality Check Reminders

Our reality check reminders will alert you to the amount of time you have spent playing and the amount you have wagered in the current session. This can help you stay aware of your gaming habits and make informed decisions about when to take a break.

• Frequency: Every 1, 4 or 8 hours (player configurable)
• Content: Displays total time played, total wagered, net win/loss in current session
